ShipServ is a procurement marketplace for marine supplies and services. Ship managers and vessels send requisitions; suppliers quote and fulfill through the same trade platform, instead of each purchasing department maintaining its own supplier inbox.
It is the market layer next to a planned-maintenance and purchasing module inside BASSnet or ShipManager. Those suites can raise the requisition; ShipServ is where a large part of the marine supply trade actually clears. It is not a maintenance planner by itself.
